STUDY OF RESISTANCE TEST FOR OUR FOLDABLE SCREEN MODEL.
Several months ago , we state our will of being up for the foldable trend in the smartphones market, now, the prospect look trapped in a outless alley. Maybe because the change in the unfold mechanism , scrolled shape branded by Japanese. Indeed, this change , in the model adopted by nowdays market works as burden in form of a crease ,thus in order to solve this , our company made a solution model for this issue based on our lectures entitled 'Free surface in water tanks Far from the walls' ( thanks UPCT).
Taking into account that everything is forced to be within Retina standard, our company sees this as freezed. Despite that, seen the time spent on it .We complete the project with a little description of our quality tests for our foldable product and finally an end for our project.
Therefore, Being accurate, our test check up the screen in two stages, once the screen is received in our facilities.
Firstly, one stage consisted in a static analysis .
Where we depart from the drawing of the maximum force experiment, focusing only in the elastic zone where the energy storaged in the material is null. Inded, only with this ,we solve the issue using the force and the deformation value in a security factor that must be over value one.
All the mechanism working occurs in form of membrane deployment contrasting with the Japanese model.
Secondly , and to complete our test , we follow with the second stage. The folding options are not barely countless, Everything in form of a wearing out test, where we must take the system displayed similarly to the engine test based on a brake force. Everything under alternate forces in form of rotational torke with a maximum force point in the center of the axle deformed in form of Diabolo shape, with general aim of limitless life.
In a nutshell , everything right and only limited by standards and industrial obsolescence.
Project fulfilled and ready.
